I use Milky Way and ICC
There is a metal blockage on the gds I received.
but ,If I make a bpv on Milkyway into a fram, metal blockage disappears.
So when I route on icc, it becomes unintended. What's the problem?
HI, I want to convert lib file to db file

read_lib A.lib
write_lib A.lib -format db -output ./A.db
I did this, but there was an error...
--> write_lib in dc_shell is no enabled. please start new session and do enable_write_lib_mode to enable it , or use ic_shell...

I set Max_Fanout to 32. But if I do CTS and look at max_fanout, the max_fanout count is over 32.
Why is the max_fanout count set to 32, but it doesn't work?
