    Huijsing Amp current consumption problem

    1) Did you do Transient simulation? 2) Have you checked the bias ckt in all corner and VDD? two things that I can think of... thanks.

What is the slope compensation ?

slope compensation is a ckt that prevents the sunharmonic oscillation of the system when the system works on CCM mode

    gm/id design technique

oermens, Can you attach pdf files to here??? I tried to download but, first of all, can;t read "the WORD", and...I think I need to register on the site.but since I can't read it, I couldn;t do it.. thanks.

Vds-Vdsat to keep a transistor in saturation

In hspice sim result, make Vod lager than Vdsat..

    Design problem for Analog DLL

Design problems...do you mean that how to design DLL or what is critical part of DLL design??

How to design a charge pump for a DLL in .18um technology

charge pump dll I am sorry but, how do you design PFD? Well, I have designed VCDL which produce 7 different frequencies and covers 20MHz to 150 MHz. But when I simulate it with previous PFD and cp, it did not cover 150MHz... VCI from PFD shows only up voltage.... did you design FF based PFD? or...

    Gm/Id Design Methodology

gm/id design methodology I have same problems as you and from several papers that I had read, early voltage is needed to complete the transistor sizing. Gain equation and so forth can be expressed with gm/id, and VA I guess.... Anyway, do you know how to find gm/Id vs Id curve? many many thanks.

    buffered opamp - GBW of 100M , PM of 60deg, dc-gain of 65dB

buffered opamp, too miller OTA with output buffer, probably easy way to start the design.

Help me design CMOS Op Amp

CMOS Op Amp design Hi you should read gray's ch6 then read allen''s op-amp chap. you will get the idea about miller OTA. thanks,
