slope compensation

what is slope compensation

slope compensation is a ckt that prevents the sunharmonic oscillation of the system when the system works on CCM mode

For current mode DC-DC design, a artificial ramp is added to inductor current signal to aviod sub-harmonic oscillation.
The slope compensation is chosen: 1/2*Ml<Ma<Ml. Ml is inductor current slope. Ma is the slope of artificial ramp.
