I have a 150 V DC power supply that has no output to read current and voltage.
I was thinking of downscaling the signal to 0 - 10 V to a PLC or some sort of device to read and show the reading with a 93 KOhms in series with a 6.6 KOhms resistors.
Though, I am planning to do this with multiple...
I'd want something that's absolutely 120 V DC constantly. It should draw about 100 mA but shouldn't be in constant current mode. The load will determine it to draw 100 mA regardless. AC/DC or DC/DC doesn't matter because having some options is good.
Hey guys.
I'm looking for a DC power controller. Something small that has an output of 120 VDC and 100 mA DC. If you guys know of any companies that make something like this, then that would be absolutely superb.
This is what I'm trying to solve. Not sure what to do. I know the charge at points and temperature, but can't find the rest. Need to know the equation or method, and I'm sure I can solve it.
What is the maximum charge that can be stored in the capacitor if the word line for write is set at 2 V?
This is for 1T1C DRAM. I have the values, but I want to solve it on my own but don't know how to. Need help, please.
