I have a 150 V DC power supply that has no output to read current and voltage.

I was thinking of downscaling the signal to 0 - 10 V to a PLC or some sort of device to read and show the reading with a 93 KOhms in series with a 6.6 KOhms resistors.

Though, I am planning to do this with multiple power supplies, therefore, I am looking for an alternative. Trying to look for some sort of blackbox device that allows me to connect to it and then let me get an output from there.

Would anyone know of a black box device that does this for me so I can get an output reading from my power supply?
