here is the problem:
I want to use MOSFETs to transfer a voltage ranging from 0V to 80V like a switch. The MOSFETs provided by the PDK can endure 80V Vds at most, but can only endure 5V Vgs at most.
The threshold is about 1.2V. So, how can I use the MOSFETs like this to form a switch to transfer...
Hi guys, I want to design a full-differential two-stage OPA. The first stage is telescope cascode structure and the second on is usual common source structure. I want to use switched-capacitor CMFB to make the output common-mode voltage stable.
I am wondering now that how many SC-CMFBs I should...
I want to scribe dies whoes size are 30mm*6mm from the wafer. Now I am worring whether the size of my dies is too large and there will be some cracks on the dies when dicing the chip.
The wafer size is 8 inch. Is there anyone who has some experience about this, please give me some advice. Thank...
I have installed the MMSIM7.2 and attached it to the ic5141 envirment recently.
But i find that i can't see the transient simulation results when the results file size is larger than 2GB.
Is there anyone who has also encountered the same problem, and how can i solve it? Thank you very much!
Yes you are right, now i will give some specifications about the founction of the circuit.
The circuit is based on switch capacitor topology,so the gain of the circuit is capacitor dependent.
The input signal is very small, and it will be about several millivolts.
The load capacitance of the...
Is there anybody who had ever taped out chip which size was larger than 3cm*1cm? I don't know is there any restriction to tape out so large chip.Is there anyone who has the experience?
