Thanks for your reply. Can you please give me the file name that includes all or even the file name that includes even one cell like nand2. So I can search the whole directory? Is it for example nand2.sp or nand2.spi or what?

I have a question about using TSMC65 nm in Hspice. I got access to the library recently from school but not sure how I can find the library cells for spice so i can instantiate them in my .sp file (I mean finding transistor level cells) and run Synopsys hspice. Could you please help...
