Hello

I have a question about using TSMC65 nm in Hspice. I got access to the library recently from school but not sure how I can find the library cells for spice so i can instantiate them in my .sp file (I mean finding transistor level cells) and run Synopsys hspice. Could you please help me?

I also want to run monte carlo simulations using tsmc (i know how to do it with NANgate library) but my problem is again if TSMC provides teh transistor-level cells that acn be used for hspice.

I know TSMC is credential and I ahve it but i do not know if they provide .sp files for components and how I can use them?
