I need SOI (silicon on insulator) design kit for Cadence IC5141 or ADS, may anybody help me? The factory isn't important, process 0.35...0.18 um.

I have the same problem and find the solution:
in the ADE window: Results>Print>S-Parameters>2-Port (for example)
In the open window "Result Display Window" done these command:
Window>Print. In the print option choose Print to file and insert the name of the file, for example: 2port_par.s2p...
