When we talk about 90nm process, what do we mean by this. Does it mean that minimum channel length (Ldrawn) is 90nm? or Ldrawn is 180nm? In attached image from a journal paper [1], author is referring to 90nm process, but has mentioned that L=46nm.
But previously we knew that according to...
I need process parameters to get the following:
sigma_vth = (q* tox / eox ) * sqrt (Na*Wd / (3*L*W)) ---[1]
where
tox is oxide thickness
Na is effective channel doping
Wd is the depletion region width
Now, I have 90 nm spice parameters, but I do not know which parameters represent these...
Hi,
I want to do the variability analysis on my design and hence I need sigma of vth and u0 (standard deviation of threshold voltage and mobility) for monte carlo simulations. I have the 90nm PDK as well, but I dont know where these values are written. Can you please tell me how to get these...
I am going through MOSIS and I find two different spice models (BSIM4) for 90nm (hopefully for two different specialized processes).

Re: CDMA
hi ... you should clearly specify what u want to do
r u simulating CDMA on Matlab ... or what so ever.
plz specify ur project (discribe a little bit).
