    Hi, ADC0809 can take the analog input from 0 volts to 5 volts only. Definitely it will not accept negative voltages. DC shifted any waveforms (sine, cos..) will be accepted.

    1Hz clock source for CPLD

    xilinx flip flop 1 hz counter You have to divide the clock (32.768KHz) by 2^15 to get 1Hz clock. It will solve your problem.

    Hi, if u use dec2bin(D), where D as a string and it can represent upto 2^52 only. U can't go more than that. Added after 2 minutes: Hi, Matlab can represent an integer upto 2^52 in any base format.
