Hi Everyone,
I purchased a steeper motor ( PH533HG2-NA) along with its driver ( UDX5107N).
Motor rotates single step by giving it a single pulse through driver, but to increase its accuracy want it to move in micro steps.
Is this possible with model ?
If it is, then how would it be done...
I used NMOS( IRFP450) for switching and connected diode in series after each NMOS so that no back emf will pass through the NMOS, is that the right way?
I also read somewhere that to put two 0.1uF ceramic capacitors from each terminal of the motor to its grounded case, it is better option or not?
Hi,
I made an invertor using PWM and H-bridge configuration. But when I attached it with heavy ac motor it destroy my circuit..
Can anyone guide me to how i can suppress the back emf of ac motor??
In dc motor, diode is attached in parallel with motor with its reverse polarity but what should I...
Hi,
I recently made a variable frequency drive whose output is square wave of 230V, wants to convert it into sine wave of 230V...
Can anyone have an idea to how i can convert it into sine wave using appropriate filter and how should I calculate the the value of that filter.
Thanks
i can help u in the hardware section because i deal with it.. my friend has made program for me , if u need that code i can send u with 2 or 3 days but in case i forget it do please remind me.
thnks
hi
I am driving a motor using H bridge configuration. It contains IRFP450 and to drive this 4 NMOS i use gate driver IR2110.The drain of the upper two NMOS connect to 312DC and the voltage at its gate is 15V.As the gate driver IC start giving pules to the MOS, motor start revolving but at a...
Hi
I am designing a variable frequency drive for an ac induction motor. It consists of a 220VAC to 312VDC bridge rectifier connected to the pull up transistors of an H bridge inverter implemented by IRFP450. The gates of the 4 NMOSFET of the H bridge inverter are driven by two IR2110 gate...

Hi,
I am designing a single phase variable frequency drive for an ac induction motor. It consists of a 220VAC to 312VDC bridge rectifier connected to the pull up transistors of an H bridge inverter implemented by IRFP450. The gates of the 4 NMOSFET of the H bridge...
hellow
I make VFD using PWM. As I connected load with the circuit, the pulses at the gate of the MOSFETS become distorted which actually the output from the PWM.
I also uses gate driver IC for driving the gate.
can anybody helps in finding out the problem.
