Thank You very much , I had this problem after I installed PADS 9.2 on Windows xp SP3 with Cadence 16.3.
and it solved after rearranging the PATH variable as above.
avr + bluetooth
what about "SIW 3000AIF1" it's useful for bluetooth projects and it's so cheap,
I found it in usb bluetooth dongle that I'd bought it for 6 $,
