Hi
I don't know what does your error mean.
But I use derive_pg_connection to make logical connection between Power pings and power nets.
In my flow, first I create power pins and power nets through the UPF flow
then I make connections using
derive_pg_connection -create_nets
and then...
fpga as spi mastrer
hi
u can use the core provided by opencores
or the opb spi core provided by edk in the case u r going to use microblaze
or u can use picoblaze and develop it urself
straight forward and easy
FILTER
headman333
i belive a digital filter can help u much more
i know u r not going to use a dsp inside ur circuit , but i think u can do the required processing at PC side , better than that, is to use a dsp.
so, u just put a low pass filter on the signal comming out from the main...
simplified_physical_layer_spec

complete SD card specification is available here :
**broken link removed**
one can simply develope an FPGA/microcontroller based application to write to SD card as well as read from it
i think it is better for u to study this beautiful page of Wiki...
Also u can find valuable data in Analog Devices and Maxim-ic web sites
some application notes in these two web sites have really beautiful explanation of the subject
lpc21xx tutorial
it is so easy
u can program the chip using a simple serial connection to ur PC
using linux, there is a complete toolchain for compiling, debuging and programming the device
it really does not need any special tutorial
u just connect the suitable chip's pin to ground, and...
well, i think that firefoxPL has solved your problem, any how, using a sparatan 3 device, your desired clock frequencies are easily achievable using the CLKDV and CLKFX outputs of DCM
if the problem is still remaining tell me and i'll tell u how to set the parameters
LOL!
are the DSP board and FPGA board separate boards? Why you want to connect them with ethernet ? it is funny.
you can use DSP's McBSP as you know and develop the suitable module on FPGA side
you can use Host Port Interface also
there are other means like I2C ( don't knoe if the DSP has...
