i was working on a GSM based system with SIM908 and it was working perfectly. After a while i restarted the system and found that GND and Vbat pins are shorted. i really need help on this issue. what to do now?
I am assigned to design a basic 8086 system including I/o ,timer,USART,RAM,ROM etc. But I just need to design the schematic and not simulation (Proteus strictly prohibited). My instructor told me to design it in Orcad. But i didn`t find the model. So, i need to know schematic design software...
Hi, i am assigned to a project for voice activated security system with micro-controller. so it would be really helpful for me to have some suggestions about the possible work flow...actually i am having a little trouble with the question "where to start". is that possible to make a program for...
i have written the following codes for simple experimental purpose.regrettably the program works fine in the Proteus simulation. but when i tried with hardware..it did not work.i don't understand why??? :?:
the codes and schematic are attached.i would really appreciate a little help...
thanks..... but i actually need model number of powerful heat sustainable resistors...not a parallel combination....

Thanks for the reply...............But interface area of the IC is noted as output on the datasheet. My question is, if i use common heat sink for all those...
I was designing a power supply for my personal use with L7805CV, L7809CV,L7812cv for fixed supply and LM317T for variable supply. The problem is, can i use a single heat sink for all those ICs? or it will short all the output of the Ics to a single node. Also i am using TIP 42 for high current...
I am just a beginner of 8051 micro-controller but whatever i write on the keil uVision 4 it does n`t show any error and if i load any program in Proteus simulation all program shows the same result. this is wired!!!!!!!please some one help me.
you did not mention your requirements fully i mean your desired output, ripple, load current etc.But if you want go with that design you mentioned on the image you need to add a ground to the load side to avoid unnecessary trasisent effect. it will solve your problem.
i got a problem in calculation of PIV of a half wave rectifier having filter capacitor and load resistance. the output average voltage is 15 v with ±1v ripple.
if i consider the diode drop 0.7 v what should be the PIV? please someone help me.....
i need to calculate the voltage at the collector, base and emitter....β=100
please someone help me to find them with a little details and soon.....
the diagram is given below:
