Hey c_mirta,
I'm not changing the frequency - the frequency is always the same (75Mhz), C1 is the only value that changing.
I'm trying to get the same result that I got with the function generator (1) with the HCMOS oscillator (2). Do you have any idea how?
Thanks for the answer.
I know hot to change the frequency while running (in the AC analysis), but I don't know how to change the value of a capacitor while running. How can I do that?
"You have an impedance matching problem" - buffer should be the solution? If yes, what kind of buffer will be...
Hello,
I design the attached circuit:
75 MHz Sine wave that connected to R and C in parallel
The output, the amplitude of the sine wave, is changing according to the C, more capacitance smaller amplitude of the sine wave.
When I tried that in the lab I got 2 results:
1. When I connected the...
Hey E-design,
I used the BAT54S because that's what I had. Shouldn't be a problem in the circuit, no?
Thanks for the book. I'm learning....
Can you upload a picture of your board?
The weird thing is that I connected the probe to GND and the ground crocodile also to the GND and I got the signal around the zero. When I connect the probe to VCC and the crocodile to GND I got the same signal 3V higher. Yes, I have in the scope high impedance, but when I connected the probe...
Hello,
I connected an oscillator to 3V3 and ground. I'm getting the signal, but I'm also getting a lot of noise on the ground.
I tried to connect a diode between the GND to the GND of the oscillator but it still doesn't work.
In the picture: the yellow is the output of the oscillator and the...
Hey E-design,
First, I appreciate your help!
I built the circuit on a proto-board with 2 BAT54WT1G (see the pic).
I see that you got a good result, I'll try to see if I did a mistake. Anyway, I'll order it on a PCB.
Second, I tried to connect it to HCMOS clock 66.66 MHz with 3Vpp and get the...
Hey @E-design,
First, thank you very much for your answer.
I built the circuit with the components that I had (like the pic) and I'm getting this reading on the scope (you can look at the pictures).
I get 5V+ half of the amplitude, can I get rid of the 5V? What will be the best way?
I would...
Hey Klaus,
I changed it to +/-2.5V.
And added capacitor of 1nF between the input and pin 3(+ of the op-amp).
And again, I just want any setup that will make it work. If I'm doing something wrong, just tell me. Still new in analog circuits.
