this warning appear with me in the mapping, I dont know what is the problem.

In cases(2,3), the MSB is dontcare, can I select only the first 4 bits withen the same case statement?

I want to design a led matrix with dimention (40m X 50cm), what is the most appropriate (led inbetween distance ) i.e the distance between each led and its neighbour for limiting the number of leds.
