Hi.
I need a protection circuit for use in the input of a receiver.
this circuit must be protects any devices that is located after this.
The input signal may be large than 20dBm and this circuit must be protect these for ESD.
input frequency range: 100kHz ... 200MHz.
alse i need a limiter...
Dear Friends;
Can anyone help me for 64 bit float (double) calculation by AVR Microcontrooler(Such as ATmega64)?
I am using Codevisionavr C compiler; But the size of double (float) of compiler is 32.

Dear Friends.
i am looking for datasheets of the following optocouplers:
SOC100-SOC1012-SOC1024-SOC1030-SOC88
i could not found datasheet of these in the network.
I will be happy if u can help me.

agilent hfss
Hi friends;
I am a beginner in microwave engineering.
I would like to learn HFSS but i found two different version of this.
ANSOFT HFSS9 & HP HFSS5.5.
I would like to khonw:
what is the difference beetween them and which of them is the best.

Dear friends;
I was sure thar i can use the op amp as attenuator.
But i am intersting that khow what is the specs for using op amp as the attenuator (1/20) for 10MHZ input?
Can i use AD844 or simular Op amp for this reason?
I will be happy if you can help me.

Hi.
I have a question about Simulating by microwave office.(MWO)
MWO has two simulator.(EM and Circuit)
which of them is the best for microwave filter design.

Hi.
I need some useful document (or any link) about digital sampling scope architecture (for input frequency equal to 10MHz and monitoring by PC). (Block Diagram and Circuits)
I will be happy that see your comments.

Hi.
At this frequency Seperating of Analog and Digital circuits is necessary.
Note that Digital and Analog grounds must be conectted only at one point.
Also if you can not implement your desing in more than 2 layer board, then you can use ground track for reducing leakage.
in this design any...
Hi all.
I have a problem on working with analog switchs.
has anyone any experience about working with mini-circuits analog switchs?
my problem is that beetweem RF-out and ground is a very low impedance about 5 ohms.
i will happy if you can help me.
