Thanks my friend but this is not what i need , i will till you about the situation
i have a 89xxx usb programmer but you can only read the chip and save file as . bin not .hex , so that i need to convert .bin to .hex
so if there is a possible way to do that
and for the other programmer ??

i have a big issue , i made circuit using 8051 to control 3 phase AC (380Volt) motor speed using firing angle
it's worked well , but the problem is the motor speed is changed by control firing angle which control also voltage , but in this case the motor become very hot after 4...
I find s suitable Programmer using serial port for AT89Sxx
all i need is all of your opinion about this programmer if any one did it before without any problems
i think there is a missing ceramic capacitor on 89Sxx chip on crystal
so any suggestions...
just one thing , i have already find the target GSM module on Ebay , and i live in Egypt
My friend told me that they will not permit this module to pass in Customs at the airport , so is it right ??

i found on internet a lot of 8051 programmers , i need a simple programmer using serial port not parallel port
just using the MAX232 and the main micro controller i need to program only 89s52 or 89s51 not any C family .
also i found some programmers using another chip with internal...
