what you want is '500 mVrms (an AM signal) to about 2 to 4 Vrms.. '.
but the value from lm7121 is just 2*500 mVrms=1v.
Vo=((Rf+Rg)/Rg)*Vi.
YOU can use 2.2Kohms for Rf.

i do not think you can do it like that,if one is low ,and all low.you can use one power supply cricuit to four channels ,and you 'd better use 4*100UF E-CAP at the same.
u use simple current mirror ,i do not know weather the Voltage will be right.
