This is the U1213A True RMS clamp meter I am using to measure current:
https://literature.cdn.keysight.com/litweb/pdf/U1211-90011.pdf
I have been using this clamp meter for around 2 years. At most of the time i use it to measure DC and AC current on my product.
When I'm measuring current of a...
At single phase system, when there is a contact point between neutral and earth, would this cause RCCB/RCD tripped? RCCB/RCD current sensitivity is 300mA. Is it a normal behavior and why?
I am a designer of a high power single phase 240 Vac lab equipment that could consume current 8-10 Amps during operating mode. I would recommend my client to use a power point that solely connected to a dedicated MCB to operate this equipment at his facilities. The power consumption would...
Yes i connect it direct to 220 VAC. I can add in triac to vary the speed. I bought this part from local air-con spare part supplier, so i don't know how does the original air-con controller board control this motor. I plan to use this fan motor for other cooling purpose and i have my own...
I wanted know how to control the fan speed of this fan motor. I have been looking for wiring diagram of this fan motor below:
YORK 1.0&1.5HP IN. FAN MOTOR 18W (YWM10/15L/J)
This is the original spare part used for air-con indoor split unit.
(there is two different motor shown in picture. but i...
Hi all,
I have a oscilloscope Lecroy Wave Ace 2014 (100MHz max input volt 400Vpk Cat I) with Lecroy PP016 probe (300MHz 10:1 10Mohm 12pF 600V(DC+pk.AC) Cat II rating)
The scope itself has the probe setting range from 1x to 1000x. So it should be able to view 5V - 5kV/div in the screen.
I...
After understanding the behavior of Peltier, now would like to find the best way improve the circuit design to drive the Peltier at desired voltage and current to protect the Peltier from damaged as well as the Peltier could do the cooling to a desired temperature with best cost-effective way...
Nope i didn't use any thermal paste for this experiment. was thinking just a quick setup for quick measurement.
So in order to protect the peltier, i shall not exceed the delta temp of both sides as stated 71 deg C with better heat dissipation capability at its hot side, right?
ok good point...
This thermoelectric module for cooling system is new for me. I conducted an experiment on Peltier Thermoelectric Module. I want to test how it behaves when I provide certain level of voltage and what would be the current looks like and calculate the power used before designing suitable circuit...
microchip orcad library
dear all,
hi, i need some help here. actually i m looking for these 2 ICs
schematic:
i) microchip TC9400 frequency-to-voltage converter
ii)microchip TC7106 analog-to-digital converter
so, may i know where can i get the libraries files online...
electret condenser preamp
actually i am doing a sound frequency meter.
i have found my circuitry of frequency meter in microchip.com
h**p://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/AppNotes/0037.pdf
now, i would like to determine the input circuit, which is the ECM preamp with TTL output. the output...

i was assigned to detect a existance of living in a closed room. i have to develop a device, which is able to detect the body heat outside that closed room.
Is it possible to use infrared to detect human body heat behind a thick masonry wall (where there is no any LOS - line of sight...
