As an alternative, is there a board which doesn't have the required external SRAM and parallel flash configuraion, but its FPGA has at least 512kByte internal Block RAM and it hasn't got planetary price?
Hi,
I'd like an FPGA board which is a good platform for 32bit SoftCore microcontrollers.
Some of the key points:
- real USB connection (not USB to serial) with on-board connector, free IP and firmware is available for creating custom USB protocols (EndPoint managament, packet based...
Hi,
I am a hobbist and I'd like to build a DC-DC converter. For lowering the inductor size, I'd like PWM frequency around 60kHz. The MOSFET should tolerate I_DS = 160A (continuous) and V_DS = 80V.
I'd like to make it efficient, with minimal conduction and switching losses.
Which MOSFET would...
Hello,
The datasheet of the opamp writes this:
The MIC923 requires a minimum gain of +2 or –1 but is stable
driving any capacitive load.
Does it mean that this opamp cannot be used as a voltage follower (gain=1)?
Later the datasheet says:
To use the part as a follower, the output should be...
When I debug Cortex-M3 SmartFusion code with SoftConsole, for some methods the local variables are not displayed in the Variables view, in this case the stack trace in the Debug view also contains wrong method names.
What could cause this problem?
Has anyone met with this issue and knows...
Hi,
I have the following code which 1st makes an UART transmit with the polled driver function. This works, the message arrives to the terminal ("Welcome! (polled transmit)").
Then it attempts to transmit an other string ("Welcome! (DMA transmit)") with PDMA. Nothing happens, the function...
I think no.
The address and data cycles are overlapped, pipelined. The data cycle is also the address cycle of the next transfer.
See the following document: IHI0011A_AMBA_SPEC.pdf, AMBA Specification (Rev 2.0)
Chapter 3.4 Basic transfer
"This simple example demonstrates how the address and...
