Hi,
Creating mainly depends on the protecting diodes that we use.Because a PSU[power supply Unit] is one that going to covert direct 220v to the basic 48v and it is given to the circuits and further separated as 12,1.2,1.8,9 v etc... So, we must use a proper Fuse, Protection Diodes to the power...
Yes it is a RC car...
Even for a RC car we can use the solar power instead of battery. using solar panels the energy can be stored and the it is used for the remote control purpose...

I have made a Bluetooth controlled car using arduino board. which is controlled using the android mobile. I used chassis, Bluetooth module HC-05,Motor driver & a app installed in the mobile to control the moment of car using Bluetooth serial interface.I used 12v battery for that.

Instead of using word or power point for schematics you can go for some electronic software's like [allegro,dip trace, Eagle] Which are very good for schematics and to understand
We have short circuit problem in PCB board.By early we found that is was due to the 12 v short and removed all the components related to the 12 v capacitors,transistors (MOSFET),almost all 12 v component but the short is still exist
Can I get a solution what to be done further to solve this???
