in my country i can buy this igbt part number gt30g122 when searching for datashet i came with a discrete igbt applications brochure, but it only gives me these parameters:
VCES / Icp @3 μs = 400 V / 120 A*, *: @100 μs
VCE(sat) (V) Typ. @120 A = 2.6
PC (W) @Tc = 25˚C = 25
Package = TO-220SIS...
i made the relaxation oscillator of the picture with a tank circuit L=100uh C=1uf an it is oscillating but with pulses of higher frequency betwen transition of the oscillating frequency the picture shows, i don't know if it is for bad power source or bad gain or what this came from , because...
