igbt gt30g122 15.6khz gate switching freq, needed current, where find datasheet

in my country i can buy this igbt part number gt30g122 when searching for datashet i came with a discrete igbt applications brochure, but it only gives me these parameters:
VCES / Icp @3 μs = 400 V / 120 A*, *: @100 μs
VCE(sat) (V) Typ. @120 A = 2.6
PC (W) @Tc = 25˚C = 25
Package = TO-220SIS

what im triying to do is an full bridge inverter, so i need a gate driver to handle the current needed in the 15.6khz switching frequency, can someone knows how to find the gate current needed for this igbt?

The peak current for the gate is limited by the gate resistor, typically around 20 ohms. A typical driving voltage is 15vdc.

I = 15 vdc / 20 ohms = .75A

The average current is much less.
