Hi Keith,
Thanks for your answer and questioning. It put my brain to work. The machine works perfectly again. I'd like to write what I did in order for the database of the Edaboard so a similar problem can be solved in the future. First I'd like to answer you how I knew if the relay worked,… I...
The heart of my studio is the Tascam 22-4. Yes, I like this machine a lot! No PC for me yet, however,... yesterday the relay for the realstop gets some power out of nothing. Some power or more or less. This is happening in standby mode. Or ‘stop’ if you like. While rewinding and stop, the relay...
The power LED of the Sony Condenser Microphone ECM-K100 should stay on only with external use of power supply, not with battery power. All voltages are ok. It's just a noise floor which belongs to the mic. It's more quiet with external power.
Thank you Keith, Good thinking. I will delve in to it. But not to long indeed. You’re right again. The thing is, I have a Nakamichi CM-300 but the battery isn’t for sale anymore. I purchased a replacement but there is a noise sometimes. Sounds like mass problems. The battery is a rubber...
I have this old mic and I like to use it again. It works but has la little hiss. Maybe the mic has a power problem since the power LED just flashes one time by power-up and then it will not show itself anymore. I really believe that the LED should stay on. Need I go in there? Hope you can help...
Hi Keith,
Thanx for your support. I solved the problem. Indeed, keep it simple in the beginning. One of the CMOS legs was broken. This is caused by corrosion (moist environment, handheld over 10 years). Didn't see it the first time because the legs are hard and not moving easily. I tested it on...
Hi Keith,
Boldly I will take it apart to work around in it :-). I have tried it on another computer, no deal there to. I do have an oscilloscope and even a LogicProbe but I do not know what to measure.

Hi Keith,
Thanks for your quick response. Yes the inside is clean (I keep everything clean :-))
I have not a clue how this ‘thing’ works. Looks like two infra red led’s and a sensor.
I am not even sure if I can get spare parts for it,...
Hope you can help me out,…

Hi all,
I have a Logitech TrackMan Marble+.
The mouse point itself will not respond anymore after a day of two going to bee weird. Is there anything I can do to repair it? I hope so, the new ones are to expensive for me.

Thanx! I downloaded the manual and will delve in to it!
It’s been a while
Indeed all systems go. Bud it seems a little burning smell is coming out the machine  I see if I can visualize something first. If you have pointed tips for me on the machine itself please let me know. I...
