Hi,
What i want is just to design an all-pass filter( on a microstrip printed board) at 10-12GHz. I dont have any particular specifications other than that the magnitude of the input signal remains unchanged and the phase shift is as big as possible.
Thanks
there is a special command in matlab that reads s2p files that have to be saved in the same directory with your script. you can also transform them to txt files or csv and simply import them and copy the values in a matrix
Hello everybody,
I need to find the combined reflection coefficient of a two port antenna in hfss.Does somebody has a clue on it? The structure is fed simultaneously by two ports. After simulating it somebody can have s11,s22,s21,s12 but these parameters refer to each port when the other is...
Typical Dipole Bandwidth
Hello everyone,
Can anyone inform me where I could find a textbook indicating the theoritical expected bandwidth of an ideal lamda/2 dipole?
Thank you in advamce
What sort of help do you want? Define the frequency and according to it find the dimensions of your resonator, radius of the cylinders and lengths, then design it in HFSS and simulate it with eigenmode solver. For each mode that you are interested in you can plot the fields

Can you send me by email from where you download it and how you did install it because I am still struggling to install it. I can not understand what is going on wrong
yagi antenna dimensions
Hello,
Designing a Yagi antenna is pretty much the same as a printed dipole antenna. The driven element is in principle a dipole and then you have to place a reflector on the back side of it and one or more director elements on the front side, depending the directivity...
stripline and microstrip in rf
Start first off all by a Google search.(Scholar)..then plenty of papers will come up.As for the time if it is just a literature review...it wont take long. Then it depends on the level that you want to study it you can do some simulations, reproduce paper...
