when I want to execute a configure file, following error occurs,
bash: ./configure: /bin/sh^M bad interpreter: no such file or directory
what should I do to remove this error ?

I didn't omit that, I really donn't know what is happening as you see it acts like a buffer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I use Hspice 2008, could you tell me what simulator I should use to work with SOI ? which simulator do you use ? could you attach your model? :p
