WTD: Graphics Library for small processors

I have been googleing for sometime looking for a graphics library for a ATMEGA32 project.

GLCD is a driver package and I have that, my lcd driver chip is a S1D13700.

Has anyone seen a free or very low cost graphics package for use on a small processor.
