Writing A Simple Asp.Net Http Program

hi every body
i need a simple server side program in asp.net that do this work:
when i as a client send a data to server,when server successfully got datas,shows that data's
data's are some hex bytes like 0xff or same
connection is under http protocols & its methods
im a beginer & need a explains,examples with comments or learning topics around this subject
