Hi everybody

I am searching for informations concerning wideband analog phase shifters(continuous phase shift).
I am trying to design such thing in microstrip technology.
I am also searching for more informations concerning shiffmann phase shifters.
Do you know where I can find these informations?

ps : I don't have access to IEEE transition on microwave theory and techniques so if you have some articles, don't hesitate to upload.

Thank you

what u call wideband?
1:3 is ok ?

I am working on 3 principal frequencies 90, 150 and 220 with 30% of bandwidth. Typically it's microstrip : I mean Niobium on Silicon substrate.
Thank you

u can use ( if u dont have problem with size) with lange coupler, port 1,4 will be input and output. port 2,3 will be capacitors, and with pin diode u can change the value of the capacitors.

I am limited in size, because, in the end, it's a matrix of 64x256 phase shifters. Everything is microstrip superconductor(Nb on Si substrate).
Do anyone know something about schiffman phase shifters and how it works?
Thanks

If u Google there is a lot of information on that subject. I am giving you a URL wich describes easily how it works. You can test it with any S-Parameters simulator.
