Why there is no VSYNC de-jitter?

In silicon image SiI1161 PanelLink Receiver, Thereis a function called HSYNC De-jitter Function, why we should do this process.
and when i search "VSYNC de-jitter" in google, no result comes. Anybody tell me why there is no VSYNC de-jitter.
