hspice static power

which hspice command i an use for calculate static power and internal power consumption?
i wait for reply!
thanks to friends

average power consumption hspice

it can be calculated directly from .lis file by multipying current thru power supply VDD with supply voltage range at which ur ckt. is operating.

Does this statement

.print dc power

gives the power dissipation?

Re: which hspice command i an use for calculate static power

If your make quiencient operation analysis by .op and use option .list
,then in the report file , you can find the report of the supply current .
So the power is ( VDD-VSS ) * Isupply

You can run a transient analysis of your circuit and calculate the average current from the supply. This takes care of both static and dynamic power consumption.

The average current then multiplied by your supply is the average power.
