Which battery would suit best?

I am designing a mobile battery pack that would charge continuously when rf signal is present...

Which battery would suit best? Li-Ion, Ni-Mh, Ni-Cd

Price and Functionality... tnx ^^

Is it hard to charge a Lithium Ion battery? which is more convenient/efficient?

Is it true in charging Ni-Mh batteries, one must drain its power?

Which batteries have its capacity based on number of charges or date from date manufactured?

I think Li-Ion is the best because it has no memory effect, and if you want to be charging it continuously this is the best choice for me.
