QPSK Modulator

I want a QPSK modulator with around 100 MHz RF output and 1 Mbps input.
Does anyone know any such product available.

Re: QPSK Modulator

ADI AD8349 Can work, however it's for analog IQ, you need addtional ADC.
Linear also has such kinds of IC.

QPSK Modulator

I am interest in the design methods of that(implemented with FPGA). Does anyone recommend some relative paper?

ad8349 will not work. it's rf frequency is 700MHz~ 2700MHz.

you can use mini-circuits or synergy microwave's qpsk modulator.
but unfortunatly, they are somewhat too expensive.
