where I can find an eye mask definition for a DDR ?

DDR Eye Mask Definition

Can anyone tell me where I can find an eye mask definition for a DDR type memory system? I am having trouble finding a clear definition of it and how to properly setup the threshold voltages from the data sheets on the device. For instance, should I use AC, DC thresholds, ect. Thanks so much everyone!
