Where do I get an affordable FPGA board,I'm a German Student

Hallo every body,
I am from Germany and studying Electrical Engineering.
Can someone tell me how to get an affordable, not very old (with USB on board)FPGA board. ?

Try to attend a free seminar from manufacturers or distributors of FPGAs. Thy often offer rebates if you take part on such seminars.

I would go and check digikey.
They deliver in Europe, from local offices. No need to pay import taxes.

get XUPV2P board from digilentinc.com It is very powerfull!! i think 300$ (student price) is not much for german student
