What to use to extract the PMOS and NMOS primitive gates?

Are we extracting the pmos and nmos primitive gates using QRC or starrcxt tool.

I belive that all the information is present in the .model statements.

What is your openion ?

Hi..
I am not clear what you are asking.
From what I understood you are just confirming what information do we get from extraction.
Extraction only gives the parasitic information about capacitors and resistances and sometimes inducatance also. It does not convey any information about transistors behavior. But it certainly gives the metal capacitance between gate and source/drain which can affect device operation but it does not tell about mobilty or device capacitance.
