What is the best program for simulating inverters?

hi all,

I still searching for the best program to simulate inverters in power system.
I hope any one can help me .

I want to simulate shunt active filter(inverter) connected with non linear loads and conveters that cause hamonics in power systems.thanks alot.

I use Matlab to simulate inverter of UPS. It is a good selection.

I also design the inverter in Saber with schematics and mast language. It is so flexible and power.
