I have got one field experience while doing Markov & EVRC drive test. That I am going to share here, if I am wrong please correct me.
I found in both drive FER is same the only difference is calculation method.
I want to use 2-state markov chains to simulate Internet losses. can any one tell me How this can be programmed and used on the encoded bitstream file.
