Thank very much.

hspice dcon option

Thank for your replied, but can you tell me what is dcon? or a link with help about dcon.

hspice .option dcon

Read Hspice manual above to find out

dcon= 1

hello,
it is related to convergence issues,
In the case of convergence problems, Star-Hspice
automatically sets DCON = 1
If convergence problems still exist, Star-Hspice sets
DCON = 2, which is the same as the above except
DV = 1e6. The above calculations are used for DCON = 1
or 2. DCON = 1 is automatically invoked if the circuit
fails to converge. DCON = 2 is invoked if DCON = 1
fails.
hope to help.

The help documents is the most useful resource for learning, you should read this pdf more often.
