PASS Yield

Hi everyone..
Can u explain what you mean by Pass yield in PCB .
Thank You

PASS Yield

In manufacturing?
It means that a PCB can pass to production or customer if they pass the minimum yield set by the product engineer by various test. So yield is always about something pass a test. Usually, the yield pass of a PCB lot is about 99% or more (99.9 or even 100%).

PASS Yield

can u elaborate on the yields set by various tests, I mean some examples.
Thank you
