Hello Guys

There is many application notes in the internet just like PI Design Examples for LED Drivers . it contains a custom design for the selected transformer. So if i need to do this design with my self how to get the same transformer or similar with an easy way ????

Thank you.

Easy if they provide the part number of the transformer, otherwise you can search for similar parameters from manufactures data base. For example: A fly back transformer selection criteria are given below.
• Primary inductance
• Leakage inductance
• Turns ratio
• Current rating
• Number of secondary
• Frequency of operation
• Power ratings
• Maximum Duty cycle
• Volt time product
• DC resistance
• Winding capacitance
• Temperature rise
• Mechanical dimension
