Hi,
I'm trying to simulate an oscillator using a non-linear method.
I have got a BJT transistor from philips (BFR93A) and i got BFR93A_SPICE.PRM.

Can i import the .prm extension to use in MWO? Should i look for another one?
I think i can use it but i don't know how.
Thanks.

Hello,

Yes you can import *.prm file into AWRDE MWO....
Just Right Click on Circuit Schematics & then select Import Netlist then choose the file type as All Files...
Now choose the Netlist as PSICE (*.cir) file format...
Then finally create new Circuit Schematic & add this model as SubCircuit...
