Hi,

If i were to design a dual interface (USB & RS232) cable, is it possible? Meaning that I want to make my device able to be connected to either a USB port or a RS232 port with my customized dual interface cable.

Pls comment on this weird idea.

Thanks,
Eric Mar

all i know that here is chip that you can buy can change from usb to rs232
also in the computer market you can find a converter from usb to serial but it come with its own driver to enable you to connect for example you serial device to your labtop that only contain usb port:D

Hi!
