USB NRZI data encoding

Why the following USB signalling bits do not seem to follow NRZI data encoding ?

look at USB signalling : Bits waveform under USB packet
 

They are O.K for me, same content in any of the Bits and Symbols lines, by the way. Where (which bit exactly) do you see problems?

Bits is input data, Symbols is NRZI coded output.
