Hi All,

I would like to know what is the uncertainty in Primetime.

Before CTS is done uncertainty is Clock Skew and Jitter.

After CTS is done uncertainty is only Jitter.

I would like to know what could be the uncertainty besides the Jitter.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Ravi

Hi, just an FYI

After CTS you just need to be sure you PROPAGATE_CLOCKS so that the insertion delay is properly tabulated to all of the flop clock pins. This propagation replaces the uncertainty a design has on clocks prior to building the trees.
