But you must be more specific about the current consumption.
The current consumption denpends a lot of the MCU frequency, if it runs slower it consumes less power.
You have to specify how many MIPS you need at a current less than 1mA.
It's easy to decrease the current consumption by decreasing the frequency, so your question isn't really specific enough to give you any advice.
