Hi,
I am using xc8 compiler and mplabX IDE and i would like to know from where can we get the CAN library.
My hardware is 2 pic18f2680 connected on a can bus standard termination of 120 ohms through a mcp2551 high speed can transciever .
I am sure that the designed and implemented hardware is completely correct.
My application is to use UART of the ics to take in 8 bit text and then transmit them over to the other pic18f2680 ic which displays the same over UART on the PC.
I have found out the application maestro can be used to call CAN library functions and had no luck using them as the data is not being received well.(compiled the maestro generated files with xc8 compiler after some code tweaking in can.c).
Could you pls tell me the library which can have used?
or perhaps point me in the right direction to get CAN bus library functions
