Two different GSM operator line active at a time with uC

hey , any one know is it possible to design such a system that enables two different GSM operators line active simultanously that both of them can recive, like same operators call waiting feature with uC or any other device ?

Companies can design that kind of system but for sure will not design a system like that for public use, it will create a conflict of interests between cllular phone operators and company who designed and release a system like that in public and may result in banning of the said company for use by the cellular phone operators, you know, the number one promoter of cellular phones are the operators.

In portugal there is a forum, and in the topic they have the 3 operators (tmn,vodafone,optimus) in one card, a greencard.

but he is asking to have 2 opertore online simultaion

the greencard is only a alternative to switch between cards
